The first Modern Architecture Workshop in Yucatán aims to publicize this architectural movement in the city, as well as to promote the rescue and conservation of consolidated urban areas in Mérida. Concluding with an exhibition that will be held at the annual CADY event to benefit AMANC, contributing doubly to society in our state. The workshop will be given by the renowned architect Henry Ponce, in collaboration with the architects Ariel Agrelo and Ariel Palli, as well as invited architects who, together, will be responsible for guiding students and teaching their knowledge on these subjects. The workshop will have curricular value as well as being valid as professional practices and/or social service.

CADY, the Yucatan Art and Design Center, is holding its first event that inaugurates a new era of culture and art in Yucatán. The event was attended by fashion designer Gerardo Torres, who, with more than 15 years in the industry, has conquered the international scene with his modern and avant-garde approach. His unique collaboration with Cuban painter Rigoberto Mena added a special touch to the night, merging fashion and artistic expression into a unique symbiosis.
